Comparison on the Biological Laboratory Safety Management Between Chinese and Foreign Universities

In this paper, through the methods of literature analysis and comparative investigation, we studied and compared the laboratory bio-safety management and implementation, safety education, and safety consciousness of experimental staff between Chinese and foreign universities. It analyzed the current situation and inadequacies of the bio-safety in the domestic universities laboratory. At last, combined with the situation of the biological laboratory in Beijing Institute of Technology, the biological laboratory safety management was proposed.
