Practice of Instrument Assembly and Disassembly in the Instrument Analysis Experiment

In order to allow the students have a more in-depth understanding of the structure and composition of the advanced chemical analysis instrument,an apparatus for the undergraduate's instrument assembly and disassembly experiment is set up.At the same time,students get the opportunities to hand the assembly and disassembly instrument in the instrument analysis experiment teaching.Through the instrument disassembly in-depth observation of the internal structure,students are familiar with the instruments of various functional parts.Then it can strengthen the reverse thinking training,and let them grasp the principle of analytical instruments,eliminate the conflict and the sense of mystery,build up the bridge between the theory of learning and practice.Practice shows that the promotion of this model can significantly improve the students practical ability and innovative spirit.
