Experimental Teaching of HPLC with UV Switch Simultaneous Determination of Multicomponent Contents

  • High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method is one of the important methods for native compounds analysis.This paper establishes an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of six monoterpene glycosides.Chromatographic condition was optimized,which included column,mobile phase,flow rate,detection wavelength.The experiment is a multicomponent analysis in the actual research process of the research group.The research process includes the gradient elusion and the various wavelength test.The design of the experimental scheme covers the main knowledge points of high performance liquid chromatographic test.The practice shows the students interest in learning and the ability of practicing are all improved through the experiment.
