The New Mode of Laboratory Management

Nowadays,there are some urgent problem existing in the laboratory management of agricultural colleges and universities,such as the lack of openness of the laboratory,the lack of complete sharing of resources,the limited use of agricultural colleges and universities,etc.In this article,combined with the management center of Shanxi Agricultural University Horticultural College experimental center management experience and the effectiveness of the past two years,it puts forward a new model of laboratory management,which is “open,shared and participatory”,organizes professional training,realizes the opening of the laboratory completely,builds the public experimental platform.It can facilitate the sharing of resources and introduces students to participate in management,improve students' management ability and responsibility,ease management pressure,effectively deal with and solve the above problems.
