Promoting Strategy on Standardization of Fixed-assets Allocation in Public Colleges and Universities

The lack of systematic,complete and comprehensive allocation of fixed assets management in public colleges and universities.In this paper,it is proposed to follow the establishment of the standard system of configuration standards,conducted a comprehensive investigation of the system,demonstrated and calculated,carried out the standard pilot effectively.Promotes comprehensively the implementation strategy of the system,and enhances the consciousness and restriction of the implementation of the national fixed asset allocation standard from the political height.Practice shows that through this strategy can be advanced management concepts to lead the public university fixed asset management behavior,saving,standardization,performance,scientific construction of the campus to provide environmental support,establish a sound asset allocation management system,constructing standard management mechanism for fixed asset allocation.
