Abstract
Bottle packaging is very extensively used in the pharmaceutical production.Aim at the quality inspection of vials,a set of contact-less experimental system for medicine bottle packaging quality detection was designed and implemented,which was based on machine vision technology and suitable for teaching use.Based on the principle of experimental system structure and operation,the hardware structure and software architecture and operational process of the experimental system were introduced,and its application was illustrated.The teaching practice results show that the experimental system for medicine bottle packaging quality detection has some advantages,such as easy installing,flexible experimental content setting,low operational risk and low experimental cost,as well as a good experimental effect.Therefore,it effectively solved the problem of lack of practice teaching resources in bottle packaging quality testing,and provided the advanced and practical experimental equipment and teaching means for students to learn the contact-less detection technology in medicine bottle packaging.
