Abstract
This paper analyzes the main problems in the training of the second classroom on undergraduates electronic innovation talents.Relying on the high quality teaching resources of provincial undergraduates’ innovative training centre in the Changsha University of Science and Technology.After efforts to practice and constantly sum up the exploration,it formed a “1435” innovative talent training model(1 training center,4 practical innovation ability training stage,combined with five aspects of platform and resources,3 years training process line).And constructs the long-term mechanism of cultivating the second classroom of the electronic innovation talents of college students,and has achieved lasting and effective teaching effect.
