Exploration on Elements and Experimental Implementation of Undergraduates team Collaboration Ability

Based on the practice teaching of undergraduates ability cultivation,this paper puts forward the concepts cultivating elements of cooperative innovation ability of undergraduates team.Teaching exploration in such ability cultivation based on the practice teaching was carried out by establishing scientific grouping methods and cultivation programs of team innovation ability training program.The teaching effects show that the team ability cultivation mode is generally welcomed by undergraduates,and the teaching exploration promotes significant enchancement of their team collaboration ability as well as innovation ability.
