The Exploration on the Application of Quantitative NMR for the Experiment Teaching of Pharmaceutical Analysis

The quantitative analysis of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)is a new kind of quantitative analysis method based on structural analysis,which has been widely used in drug quality control.In this paper,it explored the approaches to applying quantitative of NMR to the experiment of pharmaceutical analysis from imparting theoretical knowledge,innovating teaching content and establishing evaluation system.Practice shows that this exploration will bring new research achievements and methods into experimental teaching,stimulate the enthusiasm of students to explore science and improve their practical ability,and make a basement for innovative talents cultivation.
