Construction and Operation of Experimental Teaching System for Economic Management Based on Innovation and Enterprise Capability

Aiming at the current experimental teaching practice of economics and management majors,some problems which originated from the program of cultivating innovative talents have been analyzed in this paper.Put forward the optimization of the current teaching content and integration of the practice links,the system of experimental teaching which is oriented by innovation and entrepreneurship was built.Four practical teaching platforms,such as the simulation practice training,vocational ability training,scientific research innovation training and entrepreneurial practice training are the basis system.Then,multiply professional complementary advantages were utilized to ensure the normal operation.This system is not only conducive to the coordination of theory and practice teaching,but also manages the existing superior resources efficient,which leads to establish the foundation framework for cultivating students innovative and entrepreneurial ability.Some beneficial references maybe derived from our system under the new experimental teaching system in the new situation.
