Research on Honesty in College Students Employment Based on Game Theory

  • In recent years,the problem of employment honesty of college students has increased rapidly,which has seriously affected the stability of the employment market. In order to maintain the good employment order of colleges and universities and cultivate excellent talents,governments,enterprises and universities need to solve the problem of honesty in college students employment urgently. The logical attribution of this problem includes factors such as college,family,self and enterprise. Based on the game theory in the decision-making and strategy modeling of college students employment,the practical strategy of this problem should be to take education as the core,with supervision,recognition,punishment and information sharing as a supplement,and to make employers,the government and colleges work together.
