Research on the Policy and System of Instrument and Equipment Sharing in the State and Local Government

This paper studies the policies and systems of the national and local government on the open and shared instruments and equipments.It presents the policy and system about instrument and equipment sharing in our state, proposes the importance of local government about instrument and equipment sharing in the region,and analyzes the policy and system about instrument and equipment sharing in local government,such as Chongqing,Nanjing,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Guangdong and so on.At last,put forwards the lack of the policy and system about instrument and equipment sharing in local government.
