The Judgment of Traffic Quality Based on AHP - Matter Element Evaluation Model

This paper analyzes the characteristics of several indicators to evaluate the traffic conditions. On this basis, the AHP-matter-element evaluation model of the influence of the open area on its surrounding traffic is established, and the influence of the open area on the surrounding road traffic is analyzed. After making reasonable judgment by using the evaluation model, the accuracy of the pre-judgment is determined according to the research results of three different types of cells. For large-scale residential areas that are basically open during the day before the opening of the surrounding roads, large-scale communities do not open. The need for small-scale community does not recommended open; for the open of the surrounding roads in the peak hours of the district, large-scale community has the necessity to open, small-scale community recommended open.
