The Design and Fabrication of DC-DC Converter Based on LTCC Technology

  • The DC-DC converter based on LTCC technology has the characteristics such as small size, light weight, high reliability, and low cost. In this paper, the input voltage range of 3-6 V, the output voltage of 1.8 V and the maximum load current 2 A is designed. Practice shows that LTCC technology can be buried in passive devices, can reduce production costs and improve system integration, which is one of the most potential hybrid integration.
