Increase of Military Professional Education Effectiveness of Teaching and Training Simulators

Aiming at the reform direction of current military academy to improve the job service level,this paper analyzes the roles of simulator training and training in improving the position of post in the reform and development of colleges and universities.Combined with the current institutions of the simulator and training management in the existing coordination and management is not place; Equipment construction and protection is not scientific; Teaching and training organization are not standardized;Faculty construction is not complete and other major issues.Focusing on the long-term development of its construction,putting forward the “balanced , scientific management, pay more attention to efficiency, people-oriented” principle to strengthen the simulator training and training benefits.
