Abstract
This paper studies the engineering discipline and advanced practice education models of the famous Clausthal University of Technology in Germany. It analyzes the four aspects of engineering practice teaching mode from the evaluation mechanism, the teachers and students' attitude to teaching and learning, the engineering background the qualification and the practicality of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and students' technology competition achievement. It shows the advanced nature of the engineering education system and the training method of high quality engineering talents, which has a high value for the construction of the engineering education mode.
