Security Practice and Incentive Exploration of Open Laboratory Construction

Now most colleges and universities have implemented the open teaching mode for experimental courses, but the transformation way of management is relatively lagging. In this paper, based on the importance and necessity of laboratory opening, combined with the actual situation of our school, used the incentive theory, it explored to discuss the construction of Internet+ and education platform, established the incentive mechanism of experiment teaching and the open teaching mode to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students.
