The Management Research and Practice on Equipment in University Laboratory Based on Their Life Cycle

The equipment of university is one of the important conditions for teaching and scientific research, and also is the necessary condition to cultivate the high-quality innovative and practical ability for talents. Based on the theory of life cycle this paper puts forward the new concept of equipment life cycle management which based on the university equipment as the research object. It introduces the management of equipments in five aspects: the equipment application and demonstration, the procurement and acceptance, the registration and reimbursement, the management and use, the disposal and cancellation. Put forward the view of scientific development point, coordinate the management of equipment, which can play a good role on the effectiveness of equipment and teaching and research.
