Analysis on the Influence Model of Open-community on Road Access

To solve this problem of the influence of open-community on the surrounding road traffic,the traffic model of the surrounding road is established based on the mechanism analysis,and the impact of different types of open-community on the surrounding roads traffic is quantitatively analyzed.Firstly,the expressions of the average travel time and the average intersection delay time are obtained by using mechanism analysis,thus the total travel time of the surrounding road is obtained.Next the model is improved by taking into account the internal community road conditions.The improved model is applied to two kinds of community,one is in bustling lot with the road without sidewalk,and pedestrian and vehicle traveling together,the other is in non-bustling lot with separated pedestrian and vehicle.The results show that the opening of the first type of community will have a certain relief.
