The Control of Crystalline Morphology in Polymer Part Preparedby Gas-assisted Injection Molding

  • The morphological structures in polypropylene/polycarbonate microfibril parts,which prepared by gas-assisted injection molding(GAIM),were controlled by adjusting the external field(temperature and shear field).SEM and 2D-SAXS were used to display the morphological structure and orientation behavior of polymer components and to test their mechanical properties.At the same time,the mechanical properties of the samples were established to establish the relationship between the field-morphology and mechanical properties,and a comprehensive experimental course was put into practice.Practice shows that this course is helpful to intensify student's professional knowledge and foster innovation abilities,strengthen their theoretical knowledge.
