Design and Implementation of Test Platform for Aging LED Lamp

  • In order to improve the reliability and service life time of LED lamps,the test platform for aging LED lamp is designed and implemented,including of the hardware design and software design.The hardware circuit design includes the microcomputer control system,the parameter acquisition circuit,the alarm circuit,the keyboard interface circuit,the decoding circuit,the display interface circuit,etc.The software design includes the main program subroutine,the button control subroutine,the dynamic display control subroutine,etc.The platform has a user-defined test mode and 3 kinds of automatic test modes,which can meet the requirements of aging LED lamps test.The platform has shown the good stability and adaptability after a long-time running practice.
