Small PVDF Transferred Protein and Glass Plate Improvedin Western Blot

  • It was reported that the experimental optimization of the operation on protein blotting.In the protein blotting experiment,those protein samples electrophoresed in gel were transferred into a small PVDF according to the place of molecular weight of the target protein.After Commassie Blue staining and checking,it was found that in small PVDF with an advantage of saving resources and convenient operation in that experiment.In addition,a cross scale was designed in the center of the gel electrophoretic glass plate to resolve some problems of partial experiment operation,description and communication in the process in the western blot of the protein.Practice shows that the design is conducive to improving the gel electrophoresis associated with biomedical analysis.
