Application of Western Blot Analysis in Cell Samples

Western Blot(WB) is a common technique detection of protein commonly used technology which is used for detecting the qualitative and the quantitative of proteins,and the operation process has been skilled.Although the protocol for WB has been widely used,but there are still a lot of operation difficulties in many molecular biology laboratories in China which were relatively late in the studies on molecular biology.Aiming at effect of Western Blot experiment,this paper took the animal cell sample as the research object,through the repeated exploration and analysis,and established the technical operation of Western Blot analysis.Practice shows that the results of this study for the laboratory of Western Blot analysis can solve the operational problems,and also can establish the technical specifications.
