Design and Development of Simulator of Controlled Object Basedon Single Chip Microcomputer

  • The existing charged technology have some shortages such as high price and inflexibility and other problems,a simulator based on single chip microcomputer is developed.In this paper,mechanism modeling of liquid tanks and liquid mixing devices are established by the single chip microcomputer.It interfaced with analog and digital inputs and outputs,as well as touch screen and other devices,build the controlled object of the simulation device.The simulator has many advantages such as small size,showing an intuitive image and convenient operation.The device can be used with controllers such as Programmable Logic Controllers,Distributed Control Systems and digital controllers and other devices to complete a simple or complex control program implementation and testing.
