The Discussion about Some Problem in the Production Internships ofthe Engineering Students

In this paper,we discuss some problems in the production internships of engineering students in their practice.The problems include:guide the students to clearly understand the significance of the production internships;guide the students to clearly understand the objectives and ways of the production internships;guide the students to focus on the knowledge that is rarely learned at school classes;it require a professional teacher to guide students in the professional knowledge and practice process of organic integration;and finally we can practice the general education during the production internships.Taking the practice of the electromagnetic field major for example,the solution of these problems is studied.For engineering students,through the production internships,they can enhance their professional knowledge,expand their knowledge field,and more importantly,the production internship is also a practice opportunity for the general education.
