Construction and Development of Micro-lectures Teaching Resources ofFood Chemistry Experiment Based on Cultivating Applied Talents

  • Based on the existing problems in teaching model of traditional food chemistry experiments,and combined with the characteristics of micro-lectures teaching,the micro-lectures teaching resources of food chemistry experiment was constructed and developed in the teaching reform.The research showed that the new teaching model of micro-course improves the curriculum resources availability,adaptability and reproducibility of curriculum resources,meet the learning needs of the fragmentation information age,make up for the lack of traditional teaching,promote the students’ learning initiative,thus improve the teaching effect and efficiency,and highlighting meet the requirements of cultivating applied talents.
