The Theoretical Analysis to Temperature-Controlled Effectiveness and Modification Research for Dynamic Temperature Reaction Kettle

  • Double glass reactor through the Jacket into the thermostat medium (water or thermal oil) to the reactor material at different reaction tentation stages of different temperature control.The preparation of zirconium and boron sol-gel as an example,when a large amount of heat is released from the catalyst,the heat-conductiong oil in the reactor jacket is limited due to its physical properties,and the cooling process takes a long time.The purpose of this article is to make the theoretical analysis and dynamic numerical simulation of the cooling effect of the unsteady heat transfer process between different kinds of cooling mediums abd sik were carried respectively.And according to the analysis and simulation results,we put forward the reform plan and implement method of temperature control for different cooling medium in order to provide a theoretical basis for the temperature control feforming of double glass reactor.
