Design of Innovation Course Project of Radar HRRP Target Recognition

  • In order to improve the teaching quality and effect of radar principle and system course,we design a course project of simulation in radar target recognition which based on multi-frame high-resolution range profile.To overcome the shortcoming of the asymmetry of K-L distance decision criterion,R-A distance decision criterion is deployed in the improvement program.This paper illustrates the theory and implementation methods of K-L and R-A criterions.It also provides the simulation flow chart and the parameters to choose.Practice shows that the course project which covers the principals of radar and target recognition is vivid and easy to grasp.It coordinates with the need of teaching and researching.
