Exploration and Practice of Constructing College Students’ Science and Technology Innovation Team

IN order to scientificically construct the scientific and technological innovation team of undergraduates and promote quality in an all-round way.Based on years of experience in teaching innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper takes the Fine Chemical Experiment innovation course as a carrier,the college students’ science and technology innovation team is constructed by using the method of college students practice innovation training project,and the teaching practice on the concept of “Learning Through Doing” is explored.Practice shows that through the construction of sustainable development model of science and technology innovation team experiment teaching can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning and enhance students' ability of practice and innovation
