Application of Modern Education Methods in Experimental Teaching of Materials Specialty

In order to comply with the national training requirements for the applied talents and exercised the students' practical ability,combined with the teaching practice of school of material science and engineering of Liaoning University of Technology,this paper analyzes the important role of modern educational technologies,such as multimedia courseware,virtual simulation experiment project,metallographic interaction system and other modern education technologies.Practice has proved that the application of modern educational methods can significantly enhance students' learning initiative and interest in learning,training students to think and solve problems,so as to further enhance the quality and experimental teaching effectiveness.
