Exploration of Managing and Operating Instruments in Biological Laboratory

There were some common problems in biological laboratory,such as how to improve the serviceability,utilization and sharing.According to the actual teaching situation and the characteristics of biological laboratory equipments,some aspects had been discussed and practiced,which included the operation training,improving utilization rate of instruments and equipment,expanded the sharing rate of large-scale instrument and equipment,and routinely maintain equipment.Practice shows that,according to the characteristics of different instruments to develop the appropriate training,management,routine maintenance and sharing programs,which can effectively improve the instrument utilization and sharing rate.The article provides a more practical reference for the use and management of biological laboratory equipment.
