Exploration of Innovative Talents Training System on Information Technology of Rail Transportation Characteristic

Based on the whole process of“collecting”,“transporting”,“approaching”and “controlling”the rail transit information,this paper introduces the ideas and practices of the innovative talent training in the field of rail traffic information.The main line of this paper is the training of students’ engineering practice ability and integrated innovative ability.With a comprehensive experimental platform of multi-disciplinary and integrated majors,this article introduces the concept of “Experimental Group”to realignment laboratories and experimental courses.With multi-disciplinary,multi-level and multi-dimensional practice,this talent system of training establishes innovative experienced teaching,which enhances innovation capability and professional core competitiveness of students,meeting requirements of railway traffic informationization,modernization and internationalization.
