Research on the Selection Method of the Key Factors of Engineering Doctoral Training Program Based on Vague Value and PROMETHEE

  • Based on Vague sets,this paper constructs the key factors of engineering doctoral program.The PROMETHEE method is used to establish the priority relationship based on the “general criteria”assignment.Then the “positive flux”,“negative flux”and the “net flux”of each Doctor-of-engineering training program project are calculated.And the training sequence of engineering doctoral programs is sorted according to the net flow value.Finally,the case analysis shows that the evaluation system and evaluation methods are effective.The validity of the evaluation system and the evaluation method are shown by a case study.The evaluation steps are simple,the rank thought is easy to understand,and the method can be applied conveniently and promoted easily.
