Abstract
The traditional programming of electromagnetic field numerical problems is cumbersome and difficult to modify.In This paper,the partial differential equation(PDE)toolbox in MATLAB software is used to calculate the electric field intensity distribution in the plane of the complete uniformly charged ring and compare it with the calculation results of traditional programming methods.Next,the electric field intensity distribution of the incomplete ring is calculated and radial distribution of the electric filed intensity is studied.The analysis shows that the PDE toolbox is consistent with the traditional programming methods,and is more convenient and faster,and can be applied to more complicated calculation problems.
