The Development of Experimental System Based on PLC Controlling with Virtual and Real Combination

  • In this paper,a virtual reality programmable logic controller (PLC) experimental system was developed.The industrial touch screen was used as a PC,the PLC was used by a slave computer,inverter and three-phase motor,stepper motor screw and temperature control module were used as actual controlled elements in this system.This system not only had the advantages of virtual technology,but also had the intuitiveness of real action.The touch-screen interfaces of this system were prepared by Easy Builder software to compile touch screen interface and virtual large-scale equipment functions,and realizes common control elements of the professional through virtual interface plus real components.This system was inexpensive but powerful,it was similar to the realistic industrial control,and has achieved good results.
