The Influencing Factors in Cell Invasion and Migration Ability Testing by Transwell

In order to improve the consistency and stability of Transwell method,we summarized and analyzed the normalize detection methods of cell invasion and migration ability by Transwell,and put forward the countermeasures.To sum up the details of the Transwell assay in cells invasion and migration ability by using lung cancer cells as an example,and the corresponding solutions were also given.The results showed that,the key points of the experiment are the type of cell,the diameter of Transwell,the concentration of matrix glue,the number of cell inoculation and the dyeing,and the key influencing factors in the experiments of cell invasion and migration are obtained,and the countermeasures are put forward,which can effectively improve the repeat-ability and stability of the experimental results.
