Abstract
Synchronous stretch test machine was developed for X-ray diffracmenter with 2D-detector independently,and it was used to study the evolution of material structure during the tensile process.The correspondence between a certain micro-structure and macro-mechanical properties was studied through the instruments’ detection of the evolution of ordered structures at different scales inside the material under the external force field.The size of machines is 15 cm×7 cm×10 cm(length×width×hight),and the servo motor,parallel screws and symmetrical screw threads are used to make sure the symmetry of the sample stretching process.Applying the instrument to experiment can enable students to build the logical relationships between material structure and performance in learning,can cultivate students’ hands-on practice and comprehensive application of knowledge.
