Comparative Methods on Chlorophyll Extraction in Plant Physiology Experiment Teaching

  • In order to solve the problem of chlorophyll quantitative extraction in the experimental teaching of plant physiology,this paper compares spinach and rapeseed as the experimental materials,and compares the two methods of grinding and soaking extraction,and the effect of different extraction liquid and extraction time in the extraction method on the effect of chlorophyll extraction.The results show that although the grinding method takes the shortest time,its operation is trivial and complex,which causes the loss of chlorophyll and the repeatability is poor.In the extraction of chlorophyll,two methyl sulfoxide solution is used as the extractor.It is easy to operate,the extraction time is reasonable,and extracted chlorophyll is stable.It is suitable for the experiment teaching of the determination of chlorophyll content.
