Effective Measures to Strengthen the Construction of University Equipment Management Team

This paper studies the current situation and existing problems of the equipment management teams in colleges and universities.On the basis of the requirements for the construction of equipment management team in the new situation,this paper analyzes and discusses in detail how to take effective measures to strengthen the construction of the equipment management team in the organization construction,system construction,professional construction,incentive measures and the working environment.The practice shows that the construction of a team of equipment management with strong professional knowledge and skills and comprehensive management ability through these measures can effectively strengthen the management and use of instruments and equipment in college and universities.
