Design and Exploration of Comprehensive Experimental Reformin Medical Biochemistry

  • Based on the requirements of cultivating creative and high-quality medical talents,this paper designs biochemical comprehensive experiments with the theme ofprotein,lipid and enzymology.The construction of the SD rat fatty liver model,the determination of blood lipid concentration,the measurement of transaminase activity,and the detection of albumin levels in serum and liver tissue.The correlation between fatty liver disease and blood lipid levels,transaminase activity,and albumin expression levels was studied.The results show that the method greatly stimulates students' interest in learning,enhances students' innovative thinking ability and comprehensive practical ability,and improves the quality of medical talents.
