Role of Kinect Technology on Oil Experimental Teaching in Universities

  • In order to solve the problem of high risk,high consumption and high cost in undergraduate experiments in petroleum universities,this paper proposes the application of Kinect somatosensory interaction technology to experimental teaching.Through the virtual simulation experiment project of digital drilling rig drill control platform,the development and application of Kinect technology and experimental project content are respectively described.The results show that the use of Kinect technology is conducive to enhance students' sense of innovation,cultivate students engineering practice ability,and promote students' willingness to master knowledge,thereby achieving the purpose of improving the quality of experimental teaching,and providing valuable experience for similar experiments in similar universities.
