Study on the Course Group Construction of Agricultural Product Safetyand Detection Technology for Safety Engineering

Based on the safety engineering training program in Hunan Agricultural University and the demand for safety of agricultural products,this paper studies the reform of the curriculum group on the safety and detection technology of agricultural products from four aspects of the structure of the characteristic curriculum group,the practical technology,the teaching methods,and the safety dynamics of agricultural products.To meet these needs,the teaching content is optimized,and the new teaching methods and new teaching ideas for the construction of special course group,from the characteristic direction teaching mode ofTheory-Experiment-Field trip-Amateur research is also formed.It provides a platform for cultivating safety science and technology talents of agricultural products safety,and provides a reference for promoting the development of safety engineering specialty.
