Innovation and Demonstration of University Teaching StaffManagement System

The top-ranking faculty is the core competitive factor of the first-class universities. Only by using information technology to improve the faculty management and service quality,we can promote the construction of “Double First-class (first-class universities and first-class disciplines of the world)”and implement the strategy of prioritizing talent development. With the innovative concept of design management information system,the creation of a new teacher management system of “internet+teacher management” can break the information island dilemma of the traditional system and establish the social attributes of the teacher management information system. Through the research of the status quo and difficulties of the analyst management system,the functional design of the teacher management information system is discussed in detail. The system design process can be used as a typical case of system development experiment teaching,which explains the key aspects of demand analysis,system design and function realization in experimental teaching.
