Design of a Multifunctional Visual and Pressure Bearing Dust ExplosionExperimental Apparatus

A set of small multifunctional dust explosion experimental device is designed and build in this paper,which realizes to measure the explosion overpressure and flame propagation behavior in the closed container.The process and component structure of the experimental device are introduced in detail.The reliability of the device is tested.The experiment setup is highly automated,safe and easy to expand.The device has been applied to teaching experiments of the undergraduates of safety engineering of our school,the innovation training,the graduation thesis and the research of dust explosion related projects in confined space and confined space,which can effectively meet the needs of teaching and scientific research.
