Grope for the University Teaching Laboratory Personnel ManagementMechanism under the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

“Double First-Class”construction is a national strategy and important measure for the reform and development of higher education in China.This paper analyzes the current situation of teaching staff management in colleges and universities.This paper expounds the inevitability of the reform of personnel management mechanism in teaching laboratories in colleges and universities.Based on the reform of the domestic university laboratory personnel management mechanism,it provides the ideas for the innovation of the management mechanism,of the university teaching laboratory personnel from three aspects:performance assessment,professional title promotion and training.
