Numerical Calculation and Simulation of Mooring System Based on Simulated Annealing Algorithm

  • The advantages and disadvantages of the mooring system of floating production oil storage and offloading equipment(FPSO)are of great importance for its safety.Based on the simulated annealing algorithm,the design of FPSO mooring system in near shallow water is optimized.The minimum goal is to minimize the three dimensions of platform movement,depth of draught and angle of steel barrel.The static analysis of the mooring system's steel pipe and anchor chain under specific conditions,mooring parameters and platform stability constraints is carried out by using the micro element theory.By using the characteristics of the simulated annealing algorithm,the equilibrium equation is established,and the working conditions of the five different types of anchor chains under the different optimal target conditions under the specified economic operation is calculated and simulated.The calculation results show that the method is suitable for the analysis of the operating state of the mooring system installed in different environments,and has a guiding role in the design and selection of FPSO,and it can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the optimization.
