Research on the Application of Micro-Lectures in Training of Large-Scale Precise and Precious Equipment

The training of large-scale precise and precious instruments and equipments in colleges and universities is one of the important means to promote the open sharing of equipment and to train students'of innovative and practical ability. In view of the problems existing in the current large-scale equipment training, this paper proposes to apply the micro-lectures to equipment training, which can facilitate students to learn independently and significantly improve the training efficiency. Practice results have proved that the training effect is more effective than using on-site training alone. In addition, the article also analyzes and discusses the key elements of the application of micro-lectures in training, and provides reference and suggestions for the use of micro-lectures for large-scale equipment training.
