Motivation Mechanism Research on Experimental Procession for Application-oriented Universities

Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of experimental technicians,this paper proposes an incentive mechanism for the construction of experimental technical teams.The main contents of the incentive mechanism are as flows: Emphasize top-layer design and attach importance to the institutionalization of incentive measures.Focus on the scientific nature of quantitative management and assessment.Introduce competition,survive the fittest,and strengthen the exit mechanism. Strengthen the training of experimental technicians and improve their own quality. Create an atmosphere of cultural management,attach importance to the leading role of high-level talents,optimize the structure,and stabilize the team. The proposal of these incentive mechanism has laid a good foundation for the construction of high-level laboratories,and provided strong support for the transformation and upgrading of applied undergraduate colleges.
