Construction of Experimental Platform for Remote Entity Manipulating Single Chip Microcomputer

  • The traditional single-chip experimental platform is lack of scalability and flexibility. Thus, the authors have developed a remote entity manipulating single-chip experimental platform. In the past, only on-site experimental teaching operations were possible, and it was difficult to meet the requirements for timely upgrading of experimental teaching content. Now the new platform has three distinctive characteristics. Firstly, the MCU on the experimental platform can be replaced easily. Secondly, the hardware is modular. Thirdly, the entity can be remotely manipulated for experimentation. After many years of practical teaching with the new platform, it has proven to be the leading three-dimensional single-chip practical teaching platform for open time and resource optimization in China, which can effectively promote students' experimental innovation ability and improve learning efficiency.
