The Construction of Trinity Practical Teaching System of “Teaching-Guiding-Innovation”

By analyzing the current construction status of the practical teaching system of vehicle engineering, this paper proposes to construct a new three vertical directions and three horizontal directions practical teaching system for vehicle engineering. By combining the three-stage horizontal training method of "disciplinary education, interest cultivation, scientific research and innovation" with the three vertical knowledge systems of "traditional internal combustion engine, new energy vehicle, and intelligent automobile", the reform of the postgraduate talent training model is explored and deepened from three aspects such as the classroom teaching content, innovative practice activities, scientific research and innovation. It has gradually improved the quality of postgraduate training from three different levels of “cultivation-guidance-innovation”, so that the training target can be more adapted to the talent demand in the new era of electrification and intelligentization.
